Shipping Policy

Orders ship daily, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. We use trusted carriers and provide tracking for all shipments.
- Standard shipping rates apply to all orders under $100.
- Orders over $100 may receive free shipping. This policy is a case by case practice and may incur additional charges.
- You will be contacted before your order is processed if additional shipping fees apply.
Upon shipping, Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
Return Policy
Merchandise is eligible for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Apparel or gift items (if applicable) may be eligible for exchange or store credit only also within 14 days of the original purchase, with original receipt and tags attached.
In order to be returned, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and in original condition.
Final Sale Items
The following are always final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Damaged or Defective Items
